RETURNS

  1. To make a return, download the form below, fill it out, and then attach it to the returned shipment.
  2. Please note that you have 14 days from the date of delivery of your purchase to return your shipment.
  3. The customer who has concluded a distance contract may withdraw from it within 14 calendar days without giving a reason and without incurring costs, with the exception of the delivery costs of the order specified at the time of placing the order.
  4. To meet the deadline, it is enough to send a statement before its expiry to the Seller's Address.
  5. The period for withdrawal from the contract begins on the day following the day on which the Products were handed over to the Customer.
  6. The Customer is obliged to immediately, no later than within 14 calendar days from the date on which he withdrew from the contract, return the Product to the Seller or hand it over to a person authorized by the Seller to collect it, To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the Product before its expiry to the address indicated in point 1.The Seller is obliged to immediately, no later than within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the Customer's statement of withdrawal from the contract, return to the Customer all payments made by him, except for delivery costs. The Seller shall refund the payment using the same method of payment as used by the Customer, unless he agrees to a different method of refund.Notwithstanding the other provisions of the Regulations, the E-shop may withdraw from the contract in the event of:providing incorrect or false data by the Customer when placing an order,lack of contact with the Customer at the telephone number or e-mail address provided in the order,incorrectly placed order,recognition by the E-shop that the Customer's actions are inconsistent with generally applicable law or lead to its abuse, in particular: hacking, use of someone else's identification data in the E-store, impersonating another person.placing an order for a purpose other than the purchase of goods offered by the E-shop.

COMPLAINTS

  1. The Seller is obliged to provide the Customer with a Product without defects, consistent with the description on the E-shop website.
  2. The complaint may be submitted by the Customer in writing to the Seller's Address or in person at the Seller's Address.
  3. Along with submitting the complaint, the Customer should send or deliver the Goods complained about, if possible, attaching a proof of purchase to it.
  4. It is recommended that the Customer provide in the description of the complaint:information and circumstances regarding the subject of the complaint, in particular the type and date of non-compliance;
  5. request the manner of bringing the Product into conformity with the Sales Agreement or a statement on price reduction or withdrawal from the Sales Agreement;
  6. contact details of the person submitting the complaint – this will facilitate and accelerate the consideration of the complaint by the Seller.
  7. The requirements given in the previous sentence are only recommendations and do not affect the effectiveness of complaints submitted omitting the recommended description of the complaint.
  8. All complaints will be considered immediately after the Seller receives the Product complained about.
  9. In the event of a positive consideration of the complaint by the Seller, the Seller will replace the Product with a new one and send it to the Customer at its own expense.
  10. In the event that the exchange is not possible for objective reasons, the Seller will refund the Customer the full amount due for the purchased Product immediately after considering the complaint.
