That is, we and our story: Piotr Wilczewski and Piotr Mietelski - we have been working together for years on projects related to running a café and a roastery. The idea to create a craft roastery, Roast Rebel Coffee, was born naturally as a result of our joint work and collective experience in the world of coffee.

Our goal is to discover the wealth of flavors and aromas for everyone, even those who are just taking their first steps among numerous species and brands. We want to be your guide and become a permanent presence on the market as a supplier of good products and coffee know-how.

Also a Barista, I began my journey with coffee over seven years ago, as a side hustle to get me through college. I got sucked in, and I stayed with it permanently. Everyday coffee teaches me something new about itself and I am happy to share my experiences with you. I roast coffee because I like coffee. Piotr Mietelski

I started working as a barista in 2012. Over time, through its incredible diversity, the world of coffee drew me in more and more. In the meantime, I met Piotr, and that's how we opened RoastRebel roastery together a few years later. On a daily basis, I am responsible for organizing and selling our products.
